9am to 7pm EST Monday through Saturday. Otherwise please send an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Policy

Lulu's Custom Cakes can delivery anywhere in the Hampton Roads area. Delivery is free on the southside but may cost extra on the peninsula due to rising gas prices.

Pick-up Policy
Due to zoning laws in Chesapeake pick-ups are not allowed. If you live outside of our delivery area we would be happy to meet you somewhere in the middle. We will do whatever it takes to get your special cake to your special event.
